CoroのリードデザイナーGene Verrecchiaが、戦後の1945年に立ち上げた自身のブランド。Verrecchiaはすでに30年以上Coroで活躍していたため、Gem Craftを設立した後も1963年までCoroでデザインを手掛け続けました。そのためGem Craftのアイテムは制作数が少なく、非常にレアでコレクタブルとされています。1950〜80年代にかけては力強く表現豊かなデザインで人気を集め、Oscar de la RentaやKenneth Jay Laneといった著名デザイナーの作品も手掛けました。Gem Craftのジュエリーは非常に洗練され高品質であり、現在も希少性が高く、コレクションとしての価値が年々上昇しています。
