Since all of our items are second-hand, we generally CANNOT accept refunds or returns. For this reason, please read the following notes carefully before placing your order.

✴︎Shipping

We will despatch items within 5 working days. (Our shipping day is from Tuesday to Friday)

Purchased items will be wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a padded cardboard box, and shipped in a bubble-wrapped envelope. We regret that there is no special gift wrapping.

 

✦UK Shipping

We ship all orders within the UK using Royal Mail services.

✦ Orders under £75

Shipping fee: £5

Sent via Tracked 48. A reliable and fully tracked service suitable for most jewellery and lightweight items.

✦ Orders £75 and above

Shipping fee: £8

Shipped with Insured Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm) for full compensation cover and secure handling of high-value pieces.

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total order value. If your order contains multiple items, the appropriate service will be selected to ensure full coverage and safe delivery.

 

✦International Shipping

We ship all international orders with Royal Mail International Tracked for secure and reliable delivery.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Most jewellery pieces fall into the lighter band, while heavier homeware or multiple items may move to the next weight band.

✦ EU

• 0–450g: £10

• 451–650g: £13

• 651g– : £14

✦ Rest of the World

• 0–450g: £16

• 451–900g: £20

• 901g-: £25

If your order contains multiple items, the correct band will be selected automatically to ensure accurate shipping and appropriate compensation cover.

⚠︎Non-UK customers might be subject to import taxes or customs duty and fees. This is the recipient's responsibility. I have no control over these charges and cannot answer any questions with such matters.

＊It will take about 1 to 2 weeks to arrive, and 3 weeks or more during peak seasons. We cannot guarantee that it will arrive by a certain date, so please carefully consider this before ordering if you are thinking of giving it as a gift by a specific date.

＊Since the compensation for each package is up to £250, if you purchase more than £250, we will separate the packages. (The shipping fee will be for one package only.) Therefore, it is not possible to purchase a single item that exceeds £250 from oversea. If you are okay with only £250 of shipping compensation, we can ship the item, so please contact us by email.

 

✴︎About wrapping

✦ Items are shipped in the following packaging. Please understand that we do not offer special gift wrapping.

✦ Jewelry purchases will be wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a cardboard box with cotton padding, and sent in a bubble-wrapped envelope.

✦ Homeware & Objects items will be wrapped in different ways depending on the product, but fragile items will be wrapped with an emphasis on preventing damage. Please understand that we may reuse newspapers and other materials as cushioning material.

 

✴︎Returns & Refunds

Basically, we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds for any reason. Please consider carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about the product, please feel free to ask us by email or the inquiry form. You can access the inquiry form from "Contact us" in the footer menu.

✦We will refund you under the following reasons.

  • The item is damaged or lost during shipping
  • The wrong item is delivered to you (and upon receiving it back from you in its original condition)
  • The item is delivered in a condition that is clearly different from the description

If the above reasons occur, please let us know by email within 7 days of arrival with a supporting photo. If the item is lost, please contact us if it has not arrived within one month of shipping.
