A jewellery brand founded in Rhode Island, USA, in 1909. The “ESPO” signature has been in use since 1936. From the 1950s to the 1980s, the brand became known for its elegant yet bold designs in sterling silver paired with colourful stones. Their pieces often combined functionality with beauty — from substantial chains and bangles to geometric modernist styles and snap necklaces with interchangeable pendants. Loved by collectors to this day, Joseph Esposito remains a sought-after name in vintage jewellery, even after the brand closed in 2017.
