Set in gold-tone metal, with a large faux pearl body that adds a playful yet elegant touch.

Founded in 1878 in the United States, Napier began as a manufacturer of metal goods, including watch chains. In 1920, James H. Napier became president, and the company was renamed Napier in 1922. The brand went on to gain recognition for its stylish designs influenced by European trends, becoming one of the leading names in 20th century costume jewellery. The company was acquired in 1999 and its original manufacturing operations were closed, but the Napier name continues to be used today.

1878年にアメリカで創業したジュエリーメーカー。もともとは時計チェーンなどの金属製品を手がけていました。1920年にJames H. Napierが社長に就任し、1922年に社名をNapierへ変更。その後、ヨーロッパのトレンドを取り入れたデザインで人気を集め、20世紀を通してコスチュームジュエリーを代表するブランドのひとつとして発展しました。1999年に会社は買収され工場は閉鎖されましたが、現在もブランド名は引き継がれ、ジュエリーは生産されています。
