This is a Damascene-style bracelet featuring moonglow lucite — a type of lucite plastic designed to mimic the look of mother of pearl.
Damascene jewellery is traditionally crafted using a time-honoured technique of inlaying delicate gold or silver patterns into a dark metal base. The method originated in the Middle East, particularly Syria, but is most famously associated with Toledo, Spain.
This Damascene-style piece is not true inlay work, but a costume jewellery interpretation that captures the same ornate aesthetic. These designs became especially popular in the 1960s.

ダマシーンジュエリーとは、黒い地金に金や銀で繊細な模様を象嵌（ぞうがん）する伝統的な技法で作られたジュエリーのこと。中東・シリアを起源とし、特にスペイン・トレド製のものが広く知られています。
こちらの「ダマシーンスタイル」ジュエリーは、本物の象嵌ではなく、そのデザインや雰囲気を模して作られたコスチュームジュエリーで、1960年代ごろに流行しました。
