FAP (Fabbrica Angelo Pessar)
Angelo Pessar was a renowned artist known for creating micro mosaic pieces for tourists visiting Italy during the Victorian and Edwardian periods. Fabbrica means “workshop” in Italian. His creations are now considered collectible and relatively rare.

勿忘草のような、かわいらしい青い小花がぎっしりと詰め込まれた星型のマイクロモザイクブローチ。
中央には、小さなお花型のガラス片を敷き詰めたラウンド型のモザイクがあり、そのまわりを八芒星の形になるようにフレームが囲んでいます。
非常に精緻なモザイクで、お花のガラス片には小さいながらもグラデーションが施されており、細部にまでこだわりが感じられる見事な仕上がりです。

アンジェロ・ペッサールはヴィクトリア朝およびエドワード朝時代にイタリアを訪れた観光客向けに制作されたマイクロモザイク作品で有名なアーティストでした。（ファブリカは工房の意）彼の作品はコレクターズアイテムとして知られており、現在では比較的希少です。
